Came across a log file? Then you do not need to forward it to Exceptions straight away.
1. Download and open the file.
2. Scroll all the way down.
3. See if you can find one of the error messages from underneath the screenshot.
4. Is it another message or are you having trouble reading the file? Then you can forward the ticket to Exceptions with the following information:
- What error message appeared when the customer was uploading his product?
- Has the customer tried a stable connection with an Internet cable?
- Has the customer adjusted the Windows Firewall and Antivirus program(s)?
- Is the customer able to 'order' an empty photo book?
