Once you have placed your order, an automated confirmation email is sent to the email address that is associated with your account.
Possible reasons why you might not have received the confirmation
– It could be that you used a different email address, or accidentally typed it in incorrectly.
– It is also possible that it went to your spam folder.
– It is possible we are on the blocked email addresses list. You can change this in the settings of your email provider.
Unfortunately, we cannot resend you the confirmation email, since the email is auto-generated. You can always check your order status in your account.
