If you could not pay your order, you will receive an automatic email reminder stating that you still have a product in your shopping basket. If you wish to proceed with the order, click on the ‘finish order’ button in the email and follow the steps to finish your order. If you don’t want to proceed with the order, you can ignore this reminder email.
When the payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation email stating that we will start producing your order.
